  1. Whenever I wake up I give all praise to God. It’s based on showing that love to a higher power.
  2. I always try to focus on doing a 5min workout that I can do right when I wake up that helps to power through my day.
  3. I keep myself socially in the loop, if you are like me and my peers. When you lock into a quarter it’s hard to stop and text and send messages checking in on friends and planning a hangout.
  4. Prioritizing your growth. I have a set time where it’s my planned “posting hour”. I try to get all the important task first to get to it.
  5. Make room for the hobbies you love. One of my past hobbies was drawing and I converted it into content.
