After a mission to get more than the average streetwear brands, one of my friends helped to give a longer list of the majority of brands that are mostly known, and a few I didn’t. After seeing the first 2010 take of the logo staples such as the Bape Ape shorts. It made me think of the ways a luxury Brand plays with typography and iconography to establish a connection with its consumer. Whenever I pick logo-based products I sway to pieces that aren’t ‘screaming ‘ but are subtle enough where you may need a second to find it to see the pov of the design.
The Born and Raised hoodied wrapped in illustrated roses and vines has a earth and modern graphite touch that I can see and feel more connected to ‘community ‘ than exclusive to a brand. While the Bape Ape shorts are in the non-traditional green and black color way and the show symbol rather than the overall logo. The camouflage is higher in Bape Ape shorts while the look of a European tile is mistaken for the logo of Amriri. The green juice green for the Bottega mini potch to complement the Kith hat potch as a small conversation startere. While the silvertone Gshock and gold m jewerly ring to change the tradtion of 1 color way jewerly tones in a fit.
The look and feel for the house was centered around the late 1970s when the lounge leather chairs were seen as the most popular essential in a therapy room now currently in libraries luxury hotels and potentially cafes.
