A Decade of Brands to remember Series

About a week ago I went through confidently fron 11pm to the 2am all of the my fits from the time I started my blog. It was something that brought me to the question: Where are all of the brands that I styled now , that I did 10 years ago to now? I wanted to make a short Q&A of my thoughts towards this addition to the series of content

What is the a decade of LCL Brands to remember about?

The decade of brands to remember is about who are the brands, the main focus or vision they set for there brand. In addition to the style mapping of the persona / consumer board “consumer wall” then the evolution of fits from the time they started to now.

The purpose was to have a place where I can reflect on the 500+ brands. I took the time to place in the fits I styled. This includes brands from ALL CATEGORIES fashion, beauty , lifestyle etc.

When do you think you will be posting them?

My plans are posting them as often as possible close to daily as possible. But on my Nyla’s Multimedia ( X or Twitter) I have thread of On & Off the runway. Where I showcase a few pictures from all my favorite luxury brands and campaigns.

Why do you believe now is the time to reference these brands?

In a time where every decade the same fashion trends get rotated but with a different flare. The reference I want to develop a record of all the brands mentioned. It will be interesting see where the brands. Specifically the new brands what they will come up with in another 5 years.

Is there a place where I can find all of the brands mentioned in the future?

I will place a section in my menu with enough post so you can get to see all the spread and details of the post.

How do you think the it reflects to you as an editor and blogger?

It was important for me to add a consumer wall because it adds a person or a type of person that majority seen with the brand. Currently studying in Advertising & Branding it practice for my to see the design campaigns as well as the final product. I wanted to make a spread with the mix of a little mix go everything

Is there any impact you see from this is in the future?

Reflecting over the decade of me blogging the impact. I want others to see the the different style evolutions and the peoples behind there favorite brands. In a time where it feels more common than not a switch in creative directors and designers of brands , ai and digital shopping. The one thing I will never stop loving is runway and the story behind the garments.
